Plein Air Art Competition and Festival
July 21-27

For an entire week, fifty-two juried artists from across the county will paint out of doors throughout Talbot County and for the last couple of days of the competition, they will paint in Easton. This is the third year of this fabulous competition. Friday night there's a previewing cocktail party at the Art Academy Museum where the cash prizes are awarded. Saturday is "quick-draw" where local and national artists have just two hours to draw/paint in Easton. Sunday is a fabulous brunch at a grand Chesapeake Estate while you watch artists draw and paint.
